Zimpler had no Backoffice, which left teams without a reliable way to manage everyday tasks. Me and a UX colleague created a new system from scratch that brought structure and clarity to their work.

We mapped essential needs across support, compliance, and operations, then shaped a simple and unified workspace that replaced scattered tools. The result was a cleaner, faster way to understand information and act on it, giving teams a solid foundation to build on.
