Creating cohesive product experiences across evolving features and interfaces.

Over several years at Zimpler, I worked as the sole designer during a period of rapid growth. The role covered everything from product interfaces and internal tools to website updates, newsletters, print, and day-to-day marketing work. As the company grew from around 40 to more than 150 people, the scope and pace changed constantly.

A big part of the job was keeping things usable and coherent while new products, markets, and requests were added over time. This case collects pieces of that work and reflects how I approach design in practice: pragmatic, hands-on, and focused on making things clearer and easier to work with as complexity grows, while supporting teams as the organisation scaled.
